-
Information in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR about the data stored about you in the form of meaningful information about the details of the processing as well as a copy of your data;
-
Correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR of incorrect or incomplete data stored by us;
-
Deletion of the data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
-
Restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is contested, the processing is unlawful, we no longer need the data and you refuse to delete it because you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
-
Data portability in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, provided that you have provided us with personal data within the scope of consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or on the basis of a contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, and this data has been processed by us using automated procedures. You will receive your data in a structured, common, and machine-readable format, or we will transmit the data directly to another controller, provided this is technically feasible.

If the right to object does not exist for individual processing operations, this will be stated there.
-
Revocation of your consent in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR with effect for the future.
-
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence, your place of work, or our company headquarters.
How is the data processed in detail?
Below, we will inform you about the individual processing operations, the scope and purpose of data processing, the legal basis, the obligation to provide your data, and the respective storage period. Automated decision-making in individual cases, including profiling, does not take place.
Provision of the website
Type and scope of processing
When you access and use our website, we collect the personal data that your browser automatically transmits to our server. The following information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file:
-
IP address of the requesting computer
-
Date and time of access
-
Name and URL of the retrieved file
-
Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
-
Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer, as well as the name of your access provider
Our website is not hosted by us, but by the service provider WIX, which processes the aforementioned data on our behalf for the purpose of the aforementioned purposes in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Purpose and legal basis
The processing is carried out to protect our overriding legitimate interest in displaying our website and ensuring security and stability on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The collection of data and storage in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. There is no right of objection to processing due to the exception under Art. 21 (1) GDPR. Insofar as the further storage of log files is required by law, processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide the data; however, accessing our website is technically not possible without providing the data.
Storage period
The aforementioned data is stored for the duration of the display of the website and, for technical reasons, for a maximum of 7 days.
Contact form
Type and scope of processing
On our website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided. The information collected in mandatory fields is required to process your request. You can also voluntarily provide additional information that you believe is necessary to process your contact request.
When you use the contact form, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data will be processed through the use of our contact form for the purpose of communication and processing your inquiry. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your inquiry relates to an existing contractual relationship with us, the processing will be carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide your data; however, processing your inquiry is not possible without providing the information in the mandatory fields. If you do not wish to provide this data, please contact us by other means.
Storage period
If you use the contact form based on your consent, we will store the data collected from each inquiry for a period of three years, starting with the completion of your inquiry or until you revoke your consent.
If you use the contact form as part of a contractual relationship, we will store the data collected from each inquiry for a period of three years from the end of the contractual relationship.
Use of social media plugins and platforms
Type and scope of processing: Based on our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offering within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), we use social plugins ("plugins"). The plugins can display interactive elements or content (e.g., videos, graphics, or text contributions). The plugins are recognizable by the respective provider's logo.
To promote our services and communicate with interested parties or customers, we maintain a presence on social media platforms. We are jointly responsible for these social media platforms with the respective provider. You can generally assert your rights against both us and the operator of the respective social media portal. However, we point out that these can be asserted most effectively with the providers.
Please note that despite our shared responsibility with the social media portal operators, we do not have full influence over the data processing practices of the social media portals. Our options depend largely on the corporate policies of the respective provider.
Purpose and legal basis User data may be processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created based on user behavior and the resulting interests. These profiles can then be used, for example, to place advertisements within and outside the platforms that may correspond to user interests. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on users' computers in which the user behavior and interests are saved. Furthermore, data can also be stored in the user profiles regardless of the devices used by the users (particularly if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to them).
The processing of users' personal data is based on our legitimate interests in providing effective information and communication with users in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR . If users are asked by the respective platform providers for consent to the data processing described above, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) and Art. 7 GDPR .
Storage period: The data we collect directly via the social media presence will be deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for its storage no longer applies, you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your device until you delete them. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
We have no influence on the storage period of your data, which is stored by the operators of social networks for their own purposes. For details, please contact the operators of the social networks directly (e.g., in their privacy policy).
Updates or changes to the Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion; the version posted on the Site will always be the most current (see "Effective Date"). We encourage you to check this Privacy Policy frequently for changes. If any changes are material, we will post a notice on our Site. Your continued use of the Services after we post notice of changes on our Site will constitute your acknowledgment of and acceptance of the changes to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of those changes.
